missing dock icons

Hi! Hope you guys can help me. Recently bought Galaxy S 4 and installed Go Launcher Ex. I customized my dock with the apps I wanted, but everytime I restart or clear memory, my icons disappear and the ones that I replaced come back. Anyone know whats going on and if it can be fixed? I did not have this problem on my previous phone (Galaxy S 2). Thanks so much!
