missed call while phone is off alert app

Hi everyone. I have an htc eris and I want an application that will notify me somehow or send me a text if someone calls when I am out of service or my phone is turned off. I want to turn my phone off and see who called and how many times.

Not true. I saw an application that I could have bought but I didn't buy it and I didn't save the web address. I have searched and searched the internet and haven't found that particular application. The only thing that I have found that is close is this Missed Call Notification | Movius but they don't sell to individuals and I asked what website that I can go to to buy it and they wouldn't tell me.
