I bought my MiLi battery a few weeks ago off amazon for $25 or so, it's the perfect blend of size, price, and juice. It kept my Droid and my Moto Rokr bt headphones charged through two whole days of heavy use (GPS, 3G, BT, Pandora) and fits perfectly in my pocket. Nice, short USB cord (one of the winding ones) and mini and micro USB adapters that take up hardly any space at all. If you spend a lot of time away from a wall outlet, I definitely recommend this one.

So you rather carry around a whole big unit then have the extended battery!!! ummmm okkkkeyyy

The extended battery like others have said is not that big...wife looked at my phone and was like wow that seems big, then held it and said "that fits perfect in my hand".

Some people said they would carry an extra OEM style battery, over the extended....WHY? So you want another battery floating around your pocket, or even this MiLi...LOL That seems pretty unpractical if you ask me.

Hey, more power to you, if that's not your brand of vodka. I don't need the extra battery every day, just occasionally, and I would rather not mess up my phone's sleek profile if I don't have to. Also, I can use this for my phone, my mp3 player, my BT headphones, and my next phone, so it's a multipurpose charger, not just a battery for my droid. I am happy to carry a little extra around for the added functionality. But if you prefer the extended battery on your phone, knock yourself out.

I have to agree with the OP...that extended battery just looks awful and ridiculous. I love the droid because it is sleek and fits well in my pocket while still being sturdy as a rock. I may pick one of these up since I could use it for not only my droid but my BT and my gf's cell phone among other things. Nice find!
