Milestone disconnects from network when connected to wifi and wont reconnect.

Whenever I connect to my wifi network I lose my data, not a issue except when I turn wifi off it will not reconnect even when restarted, I must pull the battery for 5 seconds for it to reconnect. Any fixes?

try forgetting the network and reconnecting to it again
