    Did you make a back-up first ?

Even if not you can easily boot into Recovery and Flash a new ROM - you just have to get a ROM to your SD Card

If you can get to the M logo, you're not bricked. Good news right?? :)

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums app (free in market)

If you pull the battery and power up by holding down the power and X buttons and a recovery screen comes up then you are going to be alright - you just have to remove your SD Card and using a card reader get a fresh ROM onto it, remount the card in the Droid, power up into recovery and flash the new ROM

You mean put the SD card into the computer and put a ROM onto the sd card right?

Yes and depending on the recovery you have installed on your phone you might have to rename the ROM to update.zip

If you can get into the Bootloader - Power and up on the D-Pad then RSD should work fine all you need is the SBF

If you can get into recovery you can enable USB Mass Storage and transfer the ROM from your PC to your phone.
