Mic jack not working correctly...

I tested it out with 3 different headphones, and it sounds choppy on all of them. Its not making the connection correctly for some reason. My question is...

If I take the phone back and get a replacement, are they able to transfer all my apps?

I'm not sure if they can transfer them, but because they're saved to your gmail account, they should all pop up under the "Downloads" section. All you'll have to do is re-download them.
