Joe, you don't have a back up you made prior to using mm? Then use titanium backup to restore settings and apps?

it's because you aren't using the app Root Explorer. can't use any other file manager. they all show the folder empty.

well,if it was something ud installed it prolly is a hacked version and it would most likely be swype.apk already. it has to be in /data/app or /system/app or /sdcard/ are you using root explorer to view the folders. i think if its on the sdcard it will be in .android folder. sorry i cant really help cause i did not install swype the same way as you

Isn't that a paid app? o_O Because if so I'll have to wait til I get paid at midnight tomorrow. :-S

Wow, so at least I found my problem. Thanks, I was getting SO confused. Guess I'll have to wait til tomorrow to get this badass theme for my swype. I haven't used it in a while, but since I'm running darkedge the white swiftkey really throws me off.

Supper manager is free and will let you read/rewrite. Just go into settings inside super manager after you download it and check the box that allows root permission.

im assuming your using the droid x or droid 2, just rename it back to the original name and back to its original directory, then it will be normal. it might still be themed but the OTA wont know, it just looks for the apk and stuff, not the images
