Got my S4 about three days ago and as of yesterday I get a weird notification saying messages could not be sent... Everytime I clear it, it comes back when I open my texts, open a message, send a text and receive a text. It had originally said 21 messages, but now says 11...not sure what this is or how to stop it from persisting. Cleared cache and all data in messages app details. Restarted phone. Anything else I can try? Picture related.
