Message about "Can't upload files larger than 1GB" when file is 30mb.

    I took some video at my Family Reunion. One video is about 28MB. I try to upload to my youtube account and I get a message that says "Cannot upload files larger than 1GB"

    What's up with that?

    I got that when trying to upload a 128mb file.
