Media mode question

When I put my phone in media mode fpr the clock display , can I make the screen stay on to see the clock during the night/ It will be hooked to the charger.

New to the phone, am still learning all of the tricks. Forgot, the phone is the Motorola Droid.

Go to settings > applications > development and check the stay awake box (yes, weird location).

Tasker can do this as well. Actually, this is something that I have a Tasker profile for when in the dock or in the car.
