Market Problems

I am only Liberty 2.0.1 and I am having problems seeing and updating some apps. I have checked the content filtering settings, but some apps still just don't show up. Two examples are The Weather Channel app and Stupid Zombies. Not sure why. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Im having similar issues. NFS Shift, The Sims 3, and BF stats, and Navionics Lakes East are missing for me, that i know of. Anyone know whats up? Im currently on .8

Is their some way for the market to filter apps so that rooted and rom users can't see some apps?
