Market not available

So..I just did the over the air update, and 2.2 is now installed, however the icon for market says that the app is not installed, used the browser to go to the Android Market and can't find the app to download, anyone having this problem?

This has seemed to be a problem a few times...the one thing that has helped most is a "factory reset" - which wipes the phone and start all new...
