Market Issues

OK, I don't know when the market updated itself, but I've been having issues with it ever since. My content filter is set to All. However, I can't download many apps from market.android, because my "content filtering is incompatible with this item". Paypal is just one example of an app I cant download. Any ideas?

Have you tried wiping market data in tibu or settings >applications?

Yep, several times. Ironically, I first noticed the issue when I tried to download the Droidforum app
