Market issue Black screen when i click on any category

Having issues when i open up market, i open it, click on games, all games (or apps) and the screen goes black and just stays there, eventually popping up a FC message, tried clearing data and cache on it, tried reinstalling old market, even restored a nandroid backup and still having the issue.

I can still go to "My Apps" and go into each app i have loaded.

Any ideas? Anyone else have this happen?

Currently running Rubix Focused 1.9.5 with Big DX theme

Also, phone seems very sluggish after this happens.
