Hi. I've been running BB with basically no problems until the most recent Droid update notification went out. Since then the market has been force closing every time I try to open it.

Any ideas why? Any ideas on how to troubleshooting this?

    Thanks,
    John

Menu softkey > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Market > Clear data.

Rom Manager > Download Pete's fix permissions > reboot into recovery >install fix permissions > Reboot.

Report back and let us know how it goes.

Just a little food for thought. Its no secret our phones, even though many of us use them like computers, are still just smartphones. Meaning, hardware is clearly less advanced as far as speed and performance goes. That being said, its never a bad idea to, whenever convenient, wipe all unused data. I.e. internet files, history, unnecessary app data. I do it every couple weeks whenever I notice my phone starts getting a little tempermental. This especially goes for you app hogs who have every free thing they offer on the market.

Mine wasn't crashing, it would just perpetually download updates and never install. This fixed it! Thanks!
