Hey guys,

After the wipe and install of 12.11, I have been trying to get my apps back. One that I use quite frequently is Livebible. For some reason, this is not showing up in my market. I can find it on my PC via doubletwist, but when I scan the barcode, it says that the app cannot be found.

My market says that it is currently version 2.09. I cleared data and cache for the market in the hopes that it would update, but it appears as though it did not.

Thoughts?

Yeah, there's definitely a market incompatibility issue with certain apps in the new build. I rolled back to 12.03.02. It will either be addressed promptly or we will have to wait until the weekend for the next build to be released, either way 12.03 is a stronger build for now. The only tangible thing you'd be missing from the newest version is the new File Manager (which is pretty sweet).

I heard that if you cleared the DATA in market that will fix your problem. It does make it easy if you have a "mybackup or titainium backup" though.

Clearing data doesn't help.

Market version is 2.0.9 even for MIUI 12.11.

However, this appears to be one of the only things that is broken for me. I'm NOT having the other issues that many are complaining of included MMS timestamp...

Well i would try a Complete wipe and then re-install the Rom. But do a nandroid before so if it dosn't work you can revert back to what you had and dont have to reset up again..

I figured out how to solve this problem, I just copied the build.prop file from the 12.3 build to the system directory using Root Explorer, set the permissions to rw-r--r--, and rebooted. I don't really have the expertise to figure out what is wrong, but it's definitely something in the build.prop file.

Fixed it too now my paid apps show up.

I compared the 2 build.prop and edited 12.11 build prop so it looks like 12.3

Going to do some more testing

Here's Edited one that works with my paid apps

just uncomment the FRG22D build.description and build.fingerprint.

i commented out FRG83D build.description and build.fingerprint to avoid any conflict, but i'm not sure if this is necessary.

i would not recommend using the entire 12.3 build.prop, however.
