What are some ways i can make my device run faster?

Im.kinda hesitant about roms but which one is really fast?

They are all pretty fast and smooth, because the bloatware is gone. And you can over clock depending on what kernel you choose. I'm just learning myself but you can see the difference.

ive already removed the bloat ware on my device but i have the default rom will a custom rom make much more of a difference?

How did you remove bloat? Are you rooted and running stock Touchwiz.?

Then maybe you should consider CleanRom. It is basically an optimized version of TouchWiz.

You can also try other TouchWiz based ROMs with custom kernels, but they may introduce issues the further they stray from stock.
