mac and flashing sbf for recovery guide me please!!!

stuck on "m" when booting up cuz i deleted logwrapper by accident in root explorer. downloaded the sbf and unzipped it. just not sure how to get my mac to communicate with the x. and also think im missing part of the sbf like the flash sbf. in both recovery and bootloader mode with the usb cable connected my computer does not acknowledge the phone. can i get a step by step set of instructions and a breakdown of what i need ie files and software...thx.

Step one : buy this Alienware Area-51 Desktop Details | Dell

Step two : flash sbf file with RSDLite


Or you can find a PC at a friend and use that . RSDLite doesn't work on MAC

Yeah I am in the same boat. I have Windows 98 on Boot Camp but the RSD drivers do not seem to be working. They load fine but it does not recognize the device.
