Mabilo Ringtones for 2.1 WITHOUT the Market

I missed this app from the Market once my Eris was updated, and I've read many posts here and other places about it not being available. Well, you can download Mabilo Ringtones without going to the marketplace. Here's how...

Open your browser to (http://www.mabilo.com/app) Mabilo Ringtones for Android™

Click the "Download Mabilo Ringtones .apk from our website"

Go to Home / Settings / Applications and check the box for Unknown Sources allowing an install of a non-market app

Install Mabilo Ringtones and go back to the Apps menu and uncheck the box.

This link now takes you to 4.0 not 2.1 Does anyone have Mabilo 2.1? I heard that the new version is so different.
