Took my wife to the Verizon store for a new phone and i ended up walking out with a new Droid (she volunteered to take my storm to replace her old alias) she said there was no point in her having a new phone and only using 10% of its abilities and i was not about to argue. So far i love it, took me only a few hours to get it set up as opposed to weeks with the storm i suppose it remains to be seen whether this is a good thing or bad (Droid does not seem as custimizable as the BB) so far so good though and i sure like to hear my phone say D R O I D.

welcome to the forum, and congrats on the droid. coming from a storm myself i think that i can safely say that you will not regret it. as far as customization goes well there are ways to do it, just depends on the extent that you want. if you want to go all out then you may have to root.

awsome im excited and in alot of ways its nice to not have so many setings to mess with and try to remeber how to get to them all and so on.
