Low on space

    Good afternoon, I keep getting a message stating "Phone storage space low " How do I free up space if needed? Any help would be appreciated. I am not computer savy.

    Try moving some apps to your sdcard, clear some caches , delete old texts, etc and see if that helps

    Hi Willis, after moving some items to SD card, I am still receiving low memory & text message memory full
    Any other suggestions would be appreciated

    Did you delete old text messages? You can also do a factory data reset and just redownload your apps. Your contacts are already backed up with google, you just sign in

    If you're still getting the low space error, try a factory data reset

    My OG Droid used to get the text full message. After the first few times of deleting older texts, it would not go away. At one point I deleted ALL texts on the phone and still got the full message, and I could not send texts. After post here and several calls to VZW tech lines, I came across a VZW tech that told me to send a text with a pic to myself. Sounded dumb, but I tried it. It cleared my issue. After awhile the message came back up. I would send the pic text to myself and it would go away without having to delete texts
