Lots of lag.

I get 100% signal with my D3 installed with current Mav rom. For about a month I've noticed lots of delay with loading/ refreshing with web browsing, youtube, facebook, .... pretty much anything that uses data takes longer than what it use to take. I remember this DROID use to be really fast. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations on what it could be or something else I should try?

I also use to average about 5gb before the lag. If this helps any?

Maybe Verizon is throttling your data due to heavy usage?

You probably tried clearing your cache, rebooting, etc.... correct?

I hope there is no throttling. And yes, I've done the basic trouble shooting. Still no improvement. Maybe I need a new DROID still loads slow though. With a fully lit signal, it takes about 20 seconds to load a page. Youtube keeps buffering. And facebook app seems to never load.
