lost root, where can I find it

Sunday I updated from Cyanogens 504 to 505 and seem to have lost root. I have been unable to reattain root and also unable to flash or recover anything as those seem to require root. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling dmupdater, but when it starts it says that the phone has been rooted, but I haven't given dmupdater access yet and it tells me to click always remember. How do I regain root?

Just wanted to stop by and say that I got it flashed back to root. I had to use RSDlite. I followed the steps of a tutorial at Unroot/Unbrick your phone using .sbf
