Lost my "OK Google Now" voice search

Can't seem to get it back on. Any ideas? I'm talking about the search feature where you say "OK, google now" or whatever and it does an internet search for you. I do not want the actual "google now" feature as it's a pain in the ass.

Launch the Google Settings App
Search and Now
Voice
"OK Google" Detection

Checkmark any that apply.

For some reason my OK Google Detection is grayed out
