lost contacts

    Just rooted my phone lost my contacts that I had from my old phone, that
    Was not a android phone verizon transfered my contacts to my droid 2 and everything
    Was fine till the root now I only have my contacts that I've put in since
    I had this phone, can't remember if verizon put them in before I set up a google
    account please help

    Have you synced your contacts with GMail since purchase/before rooting? If you didn't, and you didn't export them to your SD card as a CSV file, you might be out of luck. I don't think verizon keeps a list of your old contacts in any retrievable form. When I flashed my first rom I lost 135 contacts. I feel your pain. Hopefully someone else can be more help than me.

    you can try to see if they imported the contacts using the Backup Assistant and see if they're viewable via the Verizon website
