I think I have an idea that I'm sure one of you tech-geeks out there can figure out...

I've seen "waving flag" live wallpapers and just about every other animated background available, but I don't think I've come across one that can be 100% customized.

I'd like to see a live wallpaper that gives the user the ability to insert their own image into a "billowing" background...

Mine, for instance, would be my company logo fluttering like a flag in the breeze...

I have no intentions of "rooting" my phone, however, and I think most average users would also appreciate high-end apps which don't require hacking their machines, either.

    Any thoughts?

my suggestion would be to check out Live Waterpaper on the market. it does not do a flag wave, but does a water ripple effect when touched and you can put custom background images within.

best I could do for a screen shot:

    Prretty cool...

Well, I tried it out, and the "waterpaper" live wallpaper is actually just about what I'm looking for...it doesn't "billow", but the effect is close enough, and the interaction is a neat perk. Thanks a bunch.
