So, just got the Droid X (was on a storm 2) and had a quick question. The storm was a global phone, and I realize the droid is not... Now, with the unlimited data will I be able to use skype when I travel to europe?

    Thanks for the help.

Sure... you'll just have those lovely data roaming fees to deal with, unless you use wifi or something.

You realize that when you're out of the country, you're no longer using your data plan but will be roaming, unless you're using wireless? Aka fees galore.

I don't honestly know. I do know that they have a data plan that covers Mexico and Canada, but I also don't know its price and whether that is the plan the rep was referring to.
