Locked bootloaders

    I realize that Motorola devices since the D1 have locked bootloaders. My question is which Android devices currently available have unlocked boot loaders and an active third party ROM community?

    The incredible is unlocked with a pretty good base of developers from what I've seen.

    Pretty much all HTC and Samsung. Correct me if I am wrong..

    Yeah that's true. Haven't been paying much attention to Samsung but you have a lot of freedom there too.

    Samsung have a lot of freedom but is developing a bad reputation with handling updates.
