Lock Screen Stuck/ Turning on from computer

Hey guys, i dropped my HTC thunderbolt today and it hit the top, and the lockscreen button doesnt work now. I have it plugged into my computer and it is charging but i cant turn it on with the button. Is there any way i can turn it on from my computer?
