Lock On/Off Button Sticking

Hey everyone.

I'm new to the site and have something weird going on with my Droid -_-

Last night, I noticed that the button on the top right of my phone was sunken in. The issue randomly happened--not like I just sit there constantly pressing the button. Right now I have to press the button with some force for it to work.

I went to my local Verizon and they said a couple customers have been in for the same issue. Covered under warranty, I will be shipped a new Droid.

I'm just wondering what could even cause something like this

You should do a hard reset and pull your SD card before sending your old Droid back. The reset will clear all your personal data off it and the SD card they don't want back.
