I suppose this is not DNA specific but considering this is my first smartphone and I probably need to conserve the battery with this DNA, then it is. What Location Services do I want turned on? I've been looking around but can't find a concrete answer. If I want the weather widget to work then I need Google Location Services on. I'd rather just know I can use apps that use Location whenever I want but I don't want something draining my battery and 2gbs of data. What configuration would you suggest?

Thanks!

Use Google location all the time and use stand alone when using navigation or maps only

I agree with HTC1234. I switch off Standalone GPS Services unless using navigation. Battery life improved to point where I have 75% left when I get home from work.
