location permissions

This is driving me nuts. Everytime I want to use GPS I have to click on the location tab to get access to GPS, maps and such. Well I get 2 permission requests everytime I turn it on. That's annoying. How do we do it to when we turn location on, we don't have to agree to these consents?

I always have them turned off till I need it ..saves battery IMO ..you can turn on and WiFi option to let apps get location...but might see decreased battery ..

Yeah I have no problem turning it on and off when needed. But when I do decide to use it for say GPS, I click on the tab but then I have to grant 2 permissions to be able to use it. Is there a way to do it so that when I select the tab for it to he used I don't have to give it permission? Like...just go ahead already!
