Loading Froze

I was uploading a video to faceook - and it got to 80% then froze and wouldnt load anymore. So i tried to load again and it worked, but now im stuck with the frozen one up in the corner with the icon and i want it to go away how to i get rid of the video that didnt work ??

that is a facebook app problem, restarting the phone will make that notification disappear, the 80% video was never uploaded to your facebook.
