Many of the apps that I could not get by without have been heavily represented so far, so I thought I would list 10 apps that I use daily that either have only been mentioned once or not at all yet.
  • gReader - Google Reader Client
  • OurGroceries - Syncs Shopping List with my wifes iPod Touch
  • Locale (+10 plugins) - Automatic situational customization of almost every aspect of my Droid
  • aCar - Track fuel milage and repairs/service schedule reminders
  • CraigsNotification - Automated standing searches and notifications from Craigslist
  • Bedside - Dimmed night clock that turns off LED buttons and notifications
  • BeyondPod - Podcasting Client
  • Document Scanner - Create PDF documents from camera images for export or emailing
  • Not Call Log - Returns to home screen after a call instead of Call Log

Wow, it was hard to narrow that down to just 10. If you'd like to see the rest of my apps or curious what Locale Plugins I am using you can take a look at my list on AppBrain: malsbury's Apps on the Droid

No particular order...

Setting Profiles -- like Locale, but cheaper
ADW.Launcher
QuickDesk
Button Shortcut + FastBright -- Gives me instant brightness only when I need it, not when Android thinks I might like it
Android Agenda Widget
FolderOrganizer
Glasklart Icon Pack -- With the help of FolderOrganizer and ADW.Launcher, it gives me a homescreen look I really like at the moment
Dialer One
xScope
myLock Phone Tools -- Such a relief to be able to answer the phone with the camera button

wow. SwiftKey is amazing!! Highly recommend that one. Some that I use that I've heard little or no mention of:

Instant Buttons - (jovial, but fun nonetheless, and it gets updated often)
PicSay & FxCamera - fun camera apps
Relax and Sleep - create ambiance for Zzzzz, and you can set a timer so it doesn't stay on all night and drain your battery.
Cheezburger - all the hilarious Cheezburger sites (failblog, there I fixed it, photobomb, etc.) in one simple app
Bloo - the only trusty Facebook app for quick notifications (why does the stock app STILL suck so bad??!)

thanks for contributing; I've added more apps from this thread than any other set of lists. :rating10:
