Grab Linpack off the Market (Free) and post your results.

List ROM (if any), kernel, clock speed you are running at.

    Higher the number the better.

    "Stockers" are encouraged to participate.

    See the latest runs here.

I'll kick it off. I posted pics to verify : )

Are you talking about in "Top Devices"? Because the top one has MFLOPS at 33.883 on a Droid. How is that possible, when I am only getting 9 somethings?

It has to be cheating/exploiting of some sort. Maybe they managed to do it in the emulator on a PC, or maybe they figured out some loophole in a previous version. Or liquid hydrogen cooling, while they live in an igloo.

Does anyone know if this test includes parts of the ROM or just the kernel?

I noticed that linpack use to have a weird bug. When using BB rom i used linpack at 1ghz and it gave 33Mflops randomly then dropped to like 7.3 and never went back up there. It did that twice and wouldn't let me send it in. I wonder if some of the people got theirs on the top devices from that glitch? o_O

Wow. I am ashamed. 6.638 MFLOPS. BB v 1.0 with bekit 800mhz lv kernel. I don't have any lag in my system, so I see no need to go higher.

Did anybody notice that the LG ally has been tested with linpack? Its on the top devices page with verizon information. The test results are quite low, and it states that the processor is only 600mhz. I thought the ally had snapdragon?
