Lib 0.4 to newest Liberty

Hey, I havent really kept up with the whole phone thing recently and really need to fix my phone because it has way too many bugs for me.
I am currently on Lib .04 and want to go to the newest version or which ever is the most stable.
I want to reinstall GB as a whole because I have a lot of bugs and think a fresh install might help a little bit.

Can anyone walk me through how to do these two things? Sorry if its been asked alot but I'm confused and hate my phone right now because it is turning out to be more useless by the day.

It's the same process you used to get 0.4. Liberty Toolbox does it for you. Open toolbox> tap rom manager> tap nighties> tap 0.8 and it will walk you through it. Remember to wipe.
