I have tried a few different versions of Titanium Backup and I am unable to Move Apps to Sd Card or even Restore Apps in LGB 1.7. I have never had this issue before?

    Any suggestions???

Do you have the latest version of t/b and is it the paid one?( I know kinda a dumb question but had to ask..) If so check your version of busybox, may need to update that. Otherwise ya may need to reflash. Mine installed apps fine and ti/bkup runs normally as well.

I've had the same issue myself. It was a bit aggravating, but what I did was I kept trying to restore them all, and it eventually worked.

    Thanks for the replies...

I am using the latest Paid Titanium Backup... I also had an older version I tried but no luck... I also have downloaded busybox under the problems section but nothing. The only thing that seems to work is restoring/moving one app and then running fix permissions. Then it will allow me to do one more app but that is WAY too time consuming....

Looks like I will be reflashing again (3rd time)... You know what they say about the 3rd time right?

I have the same problem. I think it has something to do with the version updating between lgb versions. Flash 1.65 back, update tibu, backup apps, then flash 1.7, and restore and move apps to sd. I haven't tried this myself, but that's what I heard worked.

an extra little hint. press menu > Preferences > then i think its restore location? select original location and any apps that you previously had on the SD card are automatically restored there no need to move them after restoring

Sometimes devs put certain apps in their roms,ie; Miui music,Chevy tools, and certian apps that are required for that build. When you flash a different rom that erases the one prior and whatever one you are using now may not need those apps in there. Apps that are dwnlded from the market should re-install automatically by syncing when you tap in the market if not by sighning back into Google. Apps that are crossed out and won't re-install are usually system apps which you don't want to install in the first place.( They are generally highlighted in red.) If they are apps that were intsalled by a third party you should be able to install them if not go to your file manager and install from there and make sure your settings allow third party apps is checked. Sometimes that's where the problem is and it just got forgotten. Hope this helps.

I have this same issue with Titanium Backup but also another issue, too. I had to go back to 1.6 because of these problems when 1.7 was released. Tonight I tried 1.7 again and the other issue is that the market is not working correctly. For example. I can't find the Verizon version of iheartradio in the market and that is one of the programs that won't install in Titanium. Backup.

Try oi file manager. The iheart radio app is still in your system its on your sd card you have to find it. OI file manager or similar it will find it. As far as market not acting right try flashing one of the market updaters in here and go from there.

What the heck does "one of the market updaters in here" refer to?

This market is acting like one of the ROMs months ago that didn't work with Verizon when Froyo was first released.

In android rom section (under stickies) there is a update.zip file for the new market place ,you can uninstall (make a backup) your current one and flash the new one on to your phone. Therefore solving the market issue you have.

Edit: vending 2.3 update, that's the app market.

Btw,It could also be a kernel issue as well. There are many fixes and updates for just about anything related to flashing in the android stickies, check it out its pretty sweet how they have it all lined out. Its where I get some of my issues resolved.

Sorry to be so dense but I couldn't find it in the area that you pointed. I also have to try to see if it is a Launcherpro issue as that is what someone posted last week.
