LG's big press event for their next flagship, the G2, will be happening on August 7th. They just released the above teaser video for the phone. It doesn't actually tell us anything about the device. Instead the commercial takes marketing queues from Samsung by appealing to the emotions rather than just offering dry spec lists. For the most part, the video is a testament to people evolving and connecting with one another. Perhaps this is not a bad angle to take with a marketing campaign about a smartphone since its primary purpose is to connect you with others.
