For those interested in LG's next generation version of their flex-display phone, we have some new info suggesting the LG G Flex 2 will be launched in the second half of this year. Along with this launch, LG will supposedly also launch the LG Vu 4. Here's a quote with a few more of the details,

These devices — said to be due in the second half of 2014 — are predictably lower than the G3 on LG’s impact scale, though they will still be key components in a machine that has helped LG gain a bit of marketshare back from Samsung in the last year. The original G Flex wowed all with its self-healing back and virtually indestructible display. It didn’t have amazing specs, but it had enough punch to serve the needs of pretty much anyone.

The LG Vu 3 was a solid follow-up to the LG Vu 2 (known on Verizon as the LG Intuition). This was LG’s flagship stylus-equipped phablet, and while its 4:3 aspect ratio hasn’t been a favorite among many people there must be some group of folks out there who really dig it (otherwise we wouldn’t be on the fourth entry in the series by now).

What do you guys think of this one? How many of our members have either played with or own the LG G Flex or a previous version of the Vu?

Well, it certainly does make sense. That is for LG to finish out their pipeline with these 2 devices, before the end of the year 2014. Considering that LG is going to be kicking off the Android Silver program with an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810, (source). Its really going to be hard to gauge the success of either of these 2 devices (Flex 2 and Vu 4) considering that 1) these devices are shortly following after the G3 which is going to be LG's successful device of the year, and 2) 2015 marks the launch of the Android Silver program and we know how bad LG is at keeping secrets of upcoming devices, my guess is most will either pick up a G3 or wait it out to get 810 Snapdragon. :icon_ lala:
