Ive been experimenting a little with Launcher7, the Windows 7 style launcher in the market....so far I like it....a little boring but here is my current setup.....very clean

I believe the android radio helps with gps and telephony service, I'm not entirely sure though, so don't quote me. And you can't just flash with cwm, you need to use odin. There's instructions on how to do it on the thread about it.
