LED stopped working?

I rooted my phone using z4 last night, and I realized today that after I did this my LED light stops going off for notifications. I checked and in settings (in handcent for instance) it's still turned on, but nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Have you power cycled your device since it was rooted? Power the device down, then turn it back on. This might reset it.
