Which launcher, ADW or Launcher Pro, is best to use for Droid newbie? I'm not tech saavy enough to try rooting my phone so, are one of these the best bet to make simple changes to my homescreen?

    Thanks in advance.

You don't need a new launcher to make changes, it's more of a preference.

I like LP because of the dock. It allows easy access to 30 apps instead of cluttering the home screens.
You have to get the pay version in order to re-size widgets.

Launcher pro is definitely easier to understand than adw for a first time user.

    I like TAGhome. Fairly straightforward.

I use Launcher Pro and loved it so much I sprung and paid for the Plus. I love how you can change things around. Guess it is to each his own. I had tried Home++ but it messed with my music player, so I removed it and went with LP. Glad I did, dancedroid
