    Launcher Pro

when i go to add a new shortcut to the one of the home screens, the choice box comes up. I hit "applications" and it takes minutes or times out waiting for the list of apps to come up. Any ideas on how to fix?

Yes it does. Guessing the more apps you have, the longer it'll take to list them all.

It takes a while because it needs to load the list into memory. However, if you are just adding shorcuts to apps why don't you just long press and drag them out of the app drawer launcher? Thats the best way.
