im running bbv1 and i want to change the center launcher icon on helix1 from the 16 squares to my own thing. is this possible? is there a file i can download/modify or a way to change the color of it? anything like that? as a follow up q, if i can do that, can i change the color/icon of anything if i access the right file? like can i go into an area and change my round battery icon from blue to pink? or my clock font from white to blue etc?
and then my super follow up question is can i make this :icon_ banana: my helix launcher icon? no, but the first few questions are serious

Extract the .apk as if it were a .zip using your favorite program (WinRAR) then you will see all the images. Edit and repack it using your favorite program (WinRAR) and then put it on your phone!

btw cant wait for 1.1 especially if youve improved helix2, thanks for it all

Ok I just installed it so I can check.

    /data/app/com.helixproject.launcher2.apk

If you do not have a program to back it up then run my "godmode" script to copy it over to your sdcard.

You can also contact 'budmonster' here and he can modify it for you. He did one for me with the logo from my favorite sports team.

You must use the original image (there is coding embedded in it) and yes use WinRAR to add it back.

yes, find the file you want to change in the apk (in your case all_apps_button_normal.png). You don't have to overwrite the exact file, you can just create a file that's the same size and save it with the same name. and then add it to the archive.
