Launcher FC's???

I just got done doing a clean (wiped) install of D1-MIUI-0.9.30-V3.2.zip. This is the second time today I have installed it cleanly. For some reason, when I restart my phone I get Launcher FC's. It's before I load any of my apps or a kernal, but those don't fix the problem.

Anyone else having this problem?
