Ok, so I rooted using Droid-Life's stock root ROM guide to 2.1 rooted. After that I used ROM Manager (paid) to install BB 1.0, 800MHz Smoked Glass. I grew more interested in Overclocking and within 8 hours installed 1.0 GHz Smoked Glass theme (with ROM Manager) on my walk to work lol...

I deleted cache and data each time, except when I installed 1.0Ghz ROM.

My question: Do I lose performance from this adventure? And if I do, is it negligible?

I would really appreciate some answers on this.
