    Can someone explain to me what's going to happen with my SD card when I updat my os to kitkat on my note 2? Ive read many things. Am I going to loose all items stored on the card?

    You won't lose what you have on the SD card.. But you won't be able to move some stuff to sd card bc of new Google permissions.. If you are rooted though there will be options.. Including this app in the Playstore

    Yup.. I found simple stuff like moving downloaded apks from internal to external weren't allowed with normal file managers

    Google never intended to store apps on the SD card as most apps are not designed to run from the SD. Plus apps running from the SD will run slower.
