i recently rooted to bugless beast v.04. i'm not sure if i have a stock kernel or one that came with the install of bugless beast.. my kernal version is 2.6.32.9g2 0 4 d8 4 8...android-build@apa23#1

i know its a long name. but to me that sounds like the stock kernel. should i have a different one since i'm rooted with bugless v.04?

when i was stock (a couple weeks ago), i compared my droid to my friends droid (he had BB v.0.4)

our kernels were the same "name".......but he clocked way higher on quadrant

so even tho they have the same "name".......they are not the same kernel i would gather

I've run BB for several months so I don't recall what kernel was included. Have you looked at the BB change log to see if the info is there?
