I flashed simply stunning 5.2 with RaidZero and noticed my kernel was chevy's lowV 1ghz. Does that mean my phone is over clocked to that speed?

I'm still kind of new to this but finally weaned myself away from flashing with CW. Feels alot better doing it manually .

If you have a 1ghz kernel that does not mean your phone is overclocked to 1 ghz that means 1ghz is the max speed of that kernel. If you want to set the speed of your phone you'll need an app like set cpu or cpu widget or droid overclock etc you can get these from the market and then you can use those apps to set your speed. Be careful though not to keep it up high all the time and set fail safes so you don't fry your cpu this is possible but hard.
