Keep phone from locking while charging?

Trying to figure out how to keep the phone from locking when it's on the charger. I used to have "keep screen alive" checked in the Applications section of Gingerbread, but this no longer appears to be there in ICS. I'd rather not leave the screen on if I can help it anyway, to prevent burn-in. I just want to keep the phone from locking constantly when I'm listening to Pandora in the truck or using it at home on the couch.

Is there a setting I'm missing or an app I can grab?

Not sure about touchwiz but on every ICS rom I've used it's under Settings>Developer Options>Stay Awake.
Should be a check box.

It's Either disabled or moved then, as it's not in there.

You can find a widget app that disables auto-locking. I use SwitchPro Widget which is a paid app, but I'm sure a free app such as Widgetsoid should have the widget.

Widgetsoid has one to enable/disable the lock screen, but it doesn't seem to actually work. When you wake the phone up the lock screen is right there. I'm hesitant to use a keep alive widget/setting because of AMOLED burn-in.
